On 1 February 2023, in Kyoet Koe Pin village of Okpho township (Thayarwady district, Bago-West region), the People's Defense Force - Thayarwady District Battalion-3801 carried out a bomb attack on the house of military-appointed village administrator at around 9 pm as part of Nan Htaik Aung Operation under NUG. Casualties unknown.
