The incident took place on Monday in Zdroje, in the Tuchola district (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). One of the residents came across the find during a morning walk, who informed the police about it. "Before 9 a.m., the duty officer of the Tuchola police station received a report about finding an unexploded ordnance in a forest area near the town of Zdroje" - reported junior aspirant _ukasz Tomaszewski, press officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Tuchola. A sapper patrol from Che_mno arrived at the site and dealt with the unexploded ordnance" - said the policeman.
