On January 27, a militant of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM), identified as Ngamnya Wangsa, surrendered before the Executive Magistrate in Tirap District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports The Arunachal Times. The surrendered militant, a resident of Longbo village in Khonsa Circle of Tirap District, laid down one .32 mm pistol with a magazine and two live rounds.
