A civilian, identified as Raheb, was killed by a Taliban fighter, Sayed Abdul, in the first District of Yakawalang in Bamyan Province, Hasht-e Subh reported on January 26. Raheb was driving on the District Bamyan highway when being shot by the Taliban fighter.
