A boy was injured when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) exploded near Arahasa village under Goilkera Police Station in West Singhbhum District of Jharkhand on January 24, reports mid-day.com. The incident occurred when the 13-year-old, boy, who was on his way to a market, came under the impact of the blast triggered by the Maoists near Arahasa village, Officer-in-Charge of Goilkera Police Station, Rahul Singh said.
