On 24 January 2023, Russian forces launched a rocket strike at Kostiantynivka, Donetsk, injuring 4 civilians. Russia claims that the Ukrainian losses included an armored personnel carrier, two pickup trucks and an Msta-B howitzer. Russia claims that more than over 60 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in Zaliznianske, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Siversk, Pobieda and Kostiantynivka. (60 casualties split across five events.)
