The Assam Rifles Keithelmanbi Battalion in a joint operation with Thoubal Police arrested one militant of the People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) from Heirok in Thoubal District of Manipur on January 13, reports India Today NE. The arrested militant has been identified as Manglem Meiteis Budhia resident of Heirok Part-III Ngarouthen Khuman Leikai of Thoubal District Manipur. He was arrested with a.32-caliber pistol, a magazine, and two rounds of ammunition
