On January 12, a Village Defence Guard (VDG), identified as Yashpal, fired a few rounds in the air from his gun after two suspicious persons came to his house in Androla village in Rajauri tehsil (revenue unit) of Rajouri District in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), India, reports Daily Excelsior. The suspects escaped taking the advantage of darkness, sources said.
