On 16 March 2020, pro-Houthi forces reported 21 "attacks" of anti-Houthi National Resistance forces on the UNMHA observation points of Al Khamiri and Al Salah in the northeast and north of Hodeidah Red Sea port city (Al Hali, Al Hudaydah), in Kilu 16 east of the city (Ad Durayhimi, Al Hudaydah), and in Al Manzar in the south of the city (Al Hawak, Al Hudaydah), with no report of fatalities nor injuries. *Note that the event is coded in Kilu 13 instead of Kilu 16 because it is the nearest existing observation post, and that these unclear "attacks" are coded as shelling to reflect similar events previously recorded.
