On 13 June 2019, three explosions caused by what are assumed to be IEDs planted by unidentified gunmen took place near the Firdous Mosque, Al-Mashahadani Hospital, and Al-Rasheed park in Amin neighborhood in the city of Raqqa with neither injuries nor fatalities reported. A civilian died on 14/06 from injuries sustained during the explosion in Al-Rasheed Park.
