On 28 December 2022, between Tha Le Bar and Ngwe Twin villages (coded as Tha Le Bar) (Ayadaw township, Monywa district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Zayar7 - Sgaing ARA and the IBEX Guerrilla Force attacked the Pyu Saw Htee on motorcycles riding along the villages connecting road with mines at around 2:30 pm, killing 3 and injuring 4 Pyu Saw Htee members.
