On 31 December 2022, in Me Za Li village (Pwintbyu township, Minbu district, Magway region), the Pwintbyu PDF (PaKaPha) attacked the Me Za Li police station with four rocket launchers at around 9 pm. Two policemen, a military soldier and a military informant were injured.
