On 26 December 2022, in Salingyi township (Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), Dar Ma Sai Army (DMSA) Battalion-28 (Unit-2, Unit-3, Unit-4, and Unit-5) fired about 30 rounds of 60 mm, 80 mm, and 120 mm heavy artillery shells targeting the township office of Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) at around 8 pm. The Myanmar military troops responded with 40 mm and small weapons (G-3 and G-4). There were no casualties.
