On 24 December 2022, between Htee Saung and Nyaung Pin Wun villages (coded as Htee Saung) (Myinmu township, Sagaing district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the People Revolution Force Kyaukse, the Farmers Revolution Force (SGG), the Kyaukse District Defense Force, the Taungtha PDF and the Ah Ma Ya Sit Thei Taw Pyi Thu Kar Kwei Yae Tatphwe: Ah Ma Ya Warriors People's Defense Force attacked about 20 military soldiers, who were lying in ambush near the Na Be Kyu rest house, with homemade 40mm grenades at around 1 pm. Casualties unknown.
