Around 29 December 2022 (as reported), in El Carmelo (Cauca), a motorcycle charged with explosives was detonated by unknown perpetrators next to a police station. Two civilians were injured and material damage was caused. There is presence of a FARC Dissident group in the area. There were no fatalities.
