On December 6, Special Investigating Unit (SIU) of Jammu and Kashmir Police (J&K) produced charge-sheet in case FIR No. 71/2022 of Police Station Pampore in Pulwama District of J&K against four individuals identified as Owais Mushtaq Ganie, a slain terrorist of Al-Badr Majid Nazir; and two juveniles (name withheld) before the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Court in Srinagar District in J&K, reports Rising Kashmir. The case relates to the killing of Sub-Inspector Farooq Ahmad on June 18, 2022.
