On 5 December 2022, in Ngazun town of Ngazun township (Myingyan district, Mandalay region), a combined force of the Ghost Team Ranger Myinmu (GTR-MMU), People's Defense Force - Myingyan District Battalion-6, Kyaukse District Defense Force Battalion-1, and Kyaukse Red Dragon Guerrilla Force fired three 40 mm artillery rounds against the Myanmar military troops at a checking point at around 7:45 am. Casualties unknown.
