A 35-year-old pregnant woman was shot three times and killed with a firearm by her ex-husband in the maternity hospital yard. The 41-year-old perpetrator fled the scene. Due to prior domestic violence, the court had imposed a restraining order on the perpetrator, and the couple were in the process of divorce.
