On 19 November 2022, Turkish army warplanes targeted PKK positions in Hakurk (Wadi Khakurik) region of Erbil, as part of the operation Claw-Sword launched by Turkish Air Forces, consisting of a series of airstrikes conducted against the YPG and SDF positions in Northern Syria and against PKK forces in Northern Iraq. Casualties unknown.
