The Duclair gendarmes were informed by a resident of Roumare of the presence of a shell in a building belonging to him on Tuesday 5 July 2022. It is a 50 cm long device. The owner had been holding it since 2012... It seems that the forthcoming occupation of the building by tenants prompted the man to get rid of the explosive device.
