On 14 March 2020, an IED expolded by an unknown armed group at one of the headquarters of Turkey backed factions operating under OPS in the village of Dwerah, south of Ras Al Ain, the explosion occurred in the warehouse where stolen wheat and barley from Peace Spring areas are kept. The explosion killed 3 warehouse guards.
