Ukrainian forces appear to have hit the main base of the Russian 488th Motor Rifle Regiment in Klintsy, Bryansk Oblast. Size of the crater indicates a fairly large warhead, possibly from an OTR-21 Tochka SRBM. Fenix Insight: There is insufficient evidence to identify the munitions used. Evidence suggests two impacts, close together. It is unlikely to be a 9M79 series missile of the 9K79 Tochka series of systems, as these are proximity fuzed and there is no apparent fragmentation damage.
