On 16 April 2020, a car bomb by an unknown armed group targeting Turkish forces and JWS whom are operating under OPS exploded in Al-Ahras village in Al-Hasakeh countryside, killing and wounding an unknown number of Turkish soldiers. Fatalities coded to 10.
