On 23 November 2022, a Russian rocket, presumably fired from Tu-95ms aircraft, hit a multi-apartment building in Vyshhorod, Kyiv region. 7 civilians were killed, 31 were injured. An infrastructure object was also damaged, 6 energy infrastructure workers were injured.
