On 12 March 2020, the Multi-National Joint Task Force carried out a joint air/artillery attack on a camp of Boko Haram IS at Lake Chad (assumed in the Monguno LGA, Borno). One of the key leaders of the group were among the killed BH fighters. Unknown number of fatalities coded as 10.
