In an extensive operation against drug cultivation and illegal firearm possession, the police arrested eleven men. An AK-47 automatic rifle and two pistols were found and seized from three of the perpetrators, aged 23, 36 and 36. A total of 870 kilograms of cannabis sativa were also seized from greenhouses cultivated by a number of female workers, who were prosecuted.
