On 8 November 2022, in Dagon Myothit (East) township (Yangon-East district, Yangon region), two bombs planted by unidentified armed groups exploded in the township: once near Set Mhu Zone Bu Tar street in No.52 ward at around 8 am and another near the EPC office at around 9 am. There were no casualties.
