On 10 November 2022, near Hta Min Ma Sar village (Palaw township, Myeik district, Tanintharyi region), a combined force of the Palaw PDF and the Karen People's Defence Force (Palaw) carried out mine attacks against a Myanmar military convoy of seven vehicles carrying around 80 soldiers at around 8 pm. The combined force claimed that around 10 military soldiers were killed and many others were injured.
