On 2 November 2022, in Lashio town (Lashio township, Lashio district, Shan-North state), Northern Shan State Alliance Army (NSSAA) threw a grenade at the Lashio city hall, where military troops were stationed, at around 1 pm. Two military soldiers were injured.
