On November 4, Security Forces (SFs) arrested a hybrid militant of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) in Sopore area of Baramulla District, reports Daily Excelsior. Security Forces first arrested Rizwan Mushtaq and recovered one pistol, one pistol magazine, some pistol rounds and an Improvised Explosive Device from his possession. He was in search of an opportunity to carry out attacks on non-locals, minorities, SFs and peaceful citizens. On questioning, he revealed the name of his one more accomplice and hybrid militant Jamesl Ahmad Parra, who was subsequently arrested and pistol and grenades were recovered from him.
