On November 3, a militant associate of the Lashkar-e-Toiba, identified as Zubair Ahmad Dar, was arrested at a checkpoint established by the Security Forces at Khamri Chowk area of Pulwama District, reports Daily Excelsior. Incriminating materials and a hand grenade were recovered from his possession. Preliminary investigation revealed that he was tasked to carry out attacks on outside labourers in the area.
