On 28 July 2022, Turkish forces supported by JWS who operate under OPS shelled QSD and Asayish positions in Abu Rasin town and its vicinity in Ar Raqqa countryside with heavy artillery. Some of the shells fell near an Asayish checkpoint. Casualties unknown.
