On 8 March 2020, in Celaya, Guanajuato, a bomb installed in a car that was left near a National Guard station exploded. Neither fatalities nor injuries reported. According to reports, the attack could be related to the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, who perpatated several events this week. The event is under investigation to confirm if it was an explosion or an accident.
