On 30 April, 2019, an IED planted by an unidentified armed group in al Arbain area of al Gharbi neighborhood of Idleb city detonated targeting a vehicle of a relief organization. As a result, 1 man and 1 child were wounded. A different source suggests the target was a traffic police vehicle. No fatalities were reported.
