On 11 February 2020, in Rathedaung Town, in Rathedaung Township, in Rakhine State, a shower of bullets hit about five houses in the town and destroyed the houses. Residents were not sure whether the gunfire was a result of fighting between the military and AA. The AA reported that there was no fighting near the town.
