On 8 February 2020, at least 4 soldiers and 2 civilians including a commander were killed by a Taliban-planted explosive-laden vehicle close to a police base in the limite of Nahri Saraj district, Helmand. Taliban claimed 16 policemen were killed. Fatalities coded as 0 (VoJ reported 16 fatalities).
