On 23 October 2022, in Pakokku township (Pakokku district, Magway region), a combined force of Yesagyo Revolution Group (YRG), Urban Underground Revolution Force - YSO, Shwe Nyar Myae People Defense Force, King Cobra People's Defense Force and Peacock Brothers PDF attacked eight military troops conducting an inspection in the Pakokku ring road and at the intersection of Myo Thit road with two mines at 10:30 am. Two military soldiers were killed.
