On 26 October 2022, in Sincelejo (Sucre), suspected Gulf Clan members on a motorcycle threw a grenade at a police station in the Cruz de Mayo sector, causing material damage. According to authorities, the Gulf Clan perpetrated the attack in retaliation for operations carried out against the group. There were no casualties.
