On October 14, the Taliban fighters have shot dead a 12th grade student in Police District 6 of Jalalabad city, the capital of Nangarhar Province, reports Hasht-e Subh. A reliable source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told the news portal that the victim was using his smartphone in a rickshaw vehicle when the Taliban stopped him at a checkpoint.
