"Jet gunners of 30 separate mechanized brigades cover enemy positions near Bakhmut with accurate fire. Fenix Insight: Use of 9M53F 122 mm artillery rockets, which have a single separable parachute-retarded preformed and natural fragmentation warhead. Evidence suggests they are fitted with MRV-U fuzes and not a 9E260 series fuze, separation of the warhead will not/can not occur. As such only the impact and delay functionality of the MRV-U fuze is available. The one seen being launched appears to have the small spoiler (drag-increaser) fitted too."
