The Maysan Operations Command continues its proactive operations by imposing security and order and disarming unlicensed weapons throughout the governorate, districts and sub-districts. A special force under the command of the Maysan Operations Commander Major General Muhammad Jassim al-Zubaidi seized a large cache of unlicensed weapons and ammunition in the Tabar area, south of the city of Al-Amarah.
