An unexploded ordnance was discovered in Agana Heights on Sunday afternoon. There are no road closures or evacuations at this time. Around 3:55 p.m., the Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense received a report from 911 dispatch of a found unexploded ordnance located on Niyok Road, in Agana Heights, according to Guam Homeland Security. The Guam Police Department is on scene and the Guam Fire Department has been notified. An explosive ordnance disposal unit has been requested. Guam Homeland Security reminds residents and visitors to practice the 3Rs of Explosive Safety when any UXO or munition is encountered: Recognize - when you may have encountered a munition and that munitions are dangerous. Retreat - do not approach, touch, move, or disturb it, but carefully leave the area. Report - call 911 and advise of what you saw and where you saw it.
