On September 16, The Taliban rebels have shot dead two civilians after arresting them during house-to-house search operations in Dara district of Panjshir province, reports Hasth-e-Subh. The victims’ names are Ahmad Ali and Saber who were arrested on the charge of collaborating with the National Resistance Front (NRF), sources said.
