On 7 September 2022, regime forces targeted Al Mu'tasim Brigade positions on Mare' axis in Aleppo countryside with a guided missile, killing 2 Al Mu'tasim Brigade members, and injuring two others. Another Al Mu'tasim Brigade member died a day later from his wounds. 3 fatalities.
