"Russian Forces claimed they shot down a USA-supplied AGM-88 HARM Anti-Radar missile in Kherson —it's likely launched from a Ukrainian MiG-29 jet. Fenix Insight: Parts of the 'control and power' and rocket motor of an AGM-88 HRAM series missile. Fragment strikes are from the outside in, so the evidence suggests it was shot down as stated."
