On 5 July 2022, in Monywa township (Monywa district, Sagaing region), a combined force of South Monywa PDF and Black Hunter People's Task Force carried out mine attacks against military soldiers who were marching on foot as well as a military convoy of military vehicles including a private Jammer car. Three soldiers were killed and a private car was damaged.
