On 5 July 2022, between Htee Saung and Kan Pyar villages (coded as Htee Saung) (Myinmu township, Sagaing district, Sagaing region), a combined force of Moe Nyo Revolution Force, PENTAGRAM (Five-Pointed Star), People's Revolution Force and People's Guerrillas Commando - Myinmu carried out eight mine attacks against a 12 wheeler truck carrying military soldiers on Monywa-Mandalay road. Three military soldiers were killed and several injured.
