Meanwhile, terrorists managed to give slip to Security Forces (SFs) after an initial exchange of fire which took place in the evening of June 26 in Shirmal area of Shopian District, reports Daily Excelsior. An official said that after an initial exchange of fire between terrorists and SFs, there was no further contact with the terrorists. It seems terrorists might have escaped taking advantage of darkness after the initial exchange of fire, the officer added.
