On June 24, an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast took place outside the residence of Agricultural Department Director, N Gojendro Singh, at Tera Sapam Leirak in Imphal West District of Manipur, reports Northeast Today. However, no casualties were reported. The Police has cordoned off the area for further investigation.
