On June 23, unidentified gunmen shot two men at Kakching Wairi Leishangthem Pareng of Kakching District in Manipur, reports The Sangai Express. One of the injured identified as Madan Yadav later succumbed to his injuries. Madan was staying in a rented house at Kakching Wairi Leishangthem Pareng with another injured identified as Bharat Yadav. According to sources, the two men were construction workers who were staying with four others in the rented house. Police has carried out search operation at suspected areas following the incident.
